Payment, Refund & Privacy Policies

Payments

Affinity CPAs Fairfield LLC accepts payment for professional services by credit card, debit card and ACH bank transfer through our secure client portal. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card or bank details. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Fees are based on the scope of each engagement and are agreed with you before work begins.

Refunds

Our fees are for professional time and work performed. Fees for services where time has already been spent are non-refundable. If you prepaid for work that has not yet begun, we will refund that amount on request.

Cancellation

You may cancel an engagement at any time by phone or email. You will be billed only for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Privacy Policy

Affinity CPAs Fairfield LLC respects your privacy. We collect the contact details you give us (name, email, phone, address), the information needed to provide tax and accounting services, and basic website usage data. Payment information is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We use your information to provide and bill for our services, communicate with you, and meet legal and professional obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our client portal and payment processor), with taxing authorities when you authorize us to file on your behalf, or when required by law. You may ask to review or update your information at any time by contacting us.

Confidentiality & Security

As CPAs we follow professional confidentiality standards and IRS rules on the use and disclosure of taxpayer information, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information.
